Barkot nagar palika land encroachment नगर की ज़मीन पर अब कोई कब्ज़ा नहीं चलेगा – यह बड़कोट की जनता से किया गया मेरा वादा है
19 जून 2025 को नगर की भूमि पर हुए अतिक्रमण को हटाने की कार्रवाई मैंने स्वयं मौके पर जाकर करवाई। मेरा साफ़ संदेश था –
“नगर पालिका की भूमि पर अतिक्रमण किसी भी हाल में स्वीकार्य नहीं है।”
कई वर्षों से नगर की कीमती जमीन पर कुछ लोगों द्वारा अवैध कब्जा किया गया था। यह ज़मीन बड़कोट की जनता की है, और इसका उपयोग केवल जनहित में ही होना चाहिए।
चाहे कोई कितना भी रसूखदार क्यों न हो, अब बड़कोट में कानून का राज होगा। सार्वजनिक भूमि पर कोई भी अवैध निर्माण अब बर्दाश्त नहीं किया जाएगा।
क्यों ज़रूरी है अतिक्रमण के खिलाफ सख्ती?
- यह ज़मीन आपकी है – और इसका इस्तेमाल भी आपके लिए ही होना चाहिए।
- अतिक्रमण नगर के विकास को रोकता है, योजनाओं को बाधित करता है।
- इससे अव्यवस्था फैलती है, और बाकी नागरिकों के साथ अन्याय होता है।
मैं आप सबसे सहयोग चाहता हूँ।
मेरा विश्वास है कि जनता के सहयोग से ही नगर का सही विकास संभव है। अगर आप अपने आसपास किसी प्रकार का अतिक्रमण या नगर की संपत्ति पर अवैध कब्जा देखें, तो निःसंकोच नगर पालिका को सूचना दें।

Encroachment on Municipal Land Will No Longer Be Tolerated – A Promise to the People of Barkot
On 20th June 2025, I personally took action to remove illegal encroachment from municipal land. My message was clear:
“Encroachment on Nagar Palika land will not be accepted under any circumstances.”
For years, certain individuals had unlawfully occupied valuable public land in Barkot. But let it be known – this land belongs to the people of Barkot, and it must be used solely for the benefit of the public.
Regardless of how influential someone may be, the rule of law will prevail. No illegal construction or land grabbing on municipal property will be tolerated anymore.
Why is strict action against encroachment necessary?
- Because public land is meant for the public – not for personal gain.
- Encroachment slows down development and delays essential civic projects.
- It creates disorder and is unfair to law-abiding citizens.
I seek your support.
I firmly believe that true development is only possible with the active support of the people.
If you witness any form of encroachment or misuse of municipal land, please inform the Nagar Palika office without hesitation.
